I’ve been in the Real Estate Financing field for the last 14 years and my “niche” is financing for Foreign Nationals – NRA – purchasing Second Home and Investment Properties in South Florida. Since I’m Brazilian, most of my clientele consists of Brazilian Nationals. I understand that every culture is different, and am trained to translate U.S. banks’ requirements into the language of the client. In addition to that, I also have the ability to finance Jumbo, Conventional / Conforming Loans, FHA, Non Warrantable Condos, Private Equity, as well as Lines of Credit.
